PERENNIAL BIRTHDAY TREAT BOX:

Hello there! I wanted to pop in quick and share this cute little treat box that I made for the attendees at my Perennial Birthday Class this past week-end. I made a simple box using Tangerine Tango Cardstock and stamped the flowers with the same color ink. I made the lid from Daffodil Delight Cardstock and added 5 Dove chocolates inside. It would have held more but some of the chocolates came up missing???

I stamped one of the flowers from Perennial Birthday onto Whisper White Cardstock with Basic Grey ink and punched it out with a circle punch. I colored the leaves with an Old Olive Marker and used a Sponge Dauber with Tangerine Tango ink for the flower. I then wrapped a piece of Old Olive Stitched-edge Ribbon around the box and tied a bow.

I stamped the sentiment with Basic Grey onto Whisper White Cardstock and used the Duet Banner Punch to punch it out. I layered the banners with Dimensionals and added a Touches of Nature Element with Liquid Tombow.

The photos of the Perennial Birthday Kit in the catalog don't do it justice at all. Everyone was amazed at how gorgeous it was in real life:)

They each made 16 cards with the kit and got the adorable box to store them in.

They had the option to make this Add-On Class as well, putting their stamp set to use even more. Anyone who ordered both the kit and the stamp set got this class for FREE!, along with a package of the SAB Tutti-fruitti Cards & Envelopes. They left with plenty of leftovers to make more cards at home:)

And as a BONUS, they got this set of 3 cards along with tutorials to be able to make more at home.

It was a really fun day and they each went home with a big stack of birthday cards!

I've got another fun treat in store for everyone attending my Card Buffet tomorrow. I'd love to make one for you too! I hope you'll join us-let me know today:) Thanks so much for stopping by!

CARD BUFFET REMINDER:

Hello there! I wanted to remind you that Card Buffet is this Thursday! Here are the new additions so far. I may have a couple more, but there have been so many who have been sick and missed the past couple of months, that I may keep most of the same cards so everyone can have one last shot at making them.

I'll still be focusing on Sale-A-Bration products, as March will be the last month to get in on all the FREEBIE goodness! We'll also be playing with some of the new second-release SAB products. You won't want to miss out on this fun night! Make plans to join us anytime from 4-8 on Thursday at the Stampin' Pad-1513 Market Street. Please let me know if you're planning on attending so I can have a fun little Easter treat for you:) Also, if you bring a friend, you'll both get to pick a prize or 3 cards from my card rack for each of you! I hope to see you soon. Oh, and make sure to stop back tomorrow for a fun little treat holder that I wanted to post yesterday but had camera issues:( Thanks so much for coming by:)

BLOSSOMING BASKET FAVOR:

Hello there! I'm sorry I didn't get this posted yesterday as planned. I've had to cancel events this month due to weather & illness and scheduled 2 events back-to-back and ran out of time last night. Happy to report that both events were held as scheduled! This was the favor that I gave all of the attendees at TNT! on Saturday.

We made this card using Pink Pirouette & Old Olive Blends on the gorgeous Springtime Foils DSP. It's one of the new second-release Sale-A-Brations options that you can get for FREE with a $50 purchase.

We also used the Color Me Happy Bundle, a perfect set to help us perfect our blending skills:)

I found the tutorial for this sweet little box from Erica Cerwin at www.pinkbuckaroo.blogspot.com. I wanted to use the new SAB products as they'll only be around for 6 weeks. The Blossoming Basket Bundle worked perfectly for this project!

I ran a piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock through the Big Shot using the Basket Weave Dynamic Embossing Folder. I then made the box according to Erica's tutorial. I stamped the basket image with the Blossoming Basket stamp set onto Whisper White Cardstock with Memento Black ink. I colored it in with Crumb Cake, Old Olive & Calypso Coral Stampin' Blends, using both light & dark markers. I punched it out with a circle punch.

One of my favorite things about the Blends is that you can color embellishments to match 12 SU! colors. You can customize pearls, rhinestones, buttons & even ribbon! I used the brush end of several different blends on the 3/8" Metallic-Edge Ribbon to coordinate the ribbon color with the  flowers. I used the Gold/Very Vanilla ribbon because I had it on hand, but the Silver/Whisper White ribbon would probably give you a closer match.

Another amazing feature of these markers is how smooth they are. You get even coverage with no streaks, and they dry almost instantly, which was perfect for coloring the ribbon.  I colored the Basic Pearls with Daffodil Delight Blends.

I stamped the sentiment with Basic Black onto Crumb Cake Cardstock and adhered with a Dimensional. I stamped the adorable little tag with Basic Black as well, cut it out with Paper Snips and tucked it under the sentiment. We really had a great time and had fun learning about all the different ways to use these amazing Stampin' Blends. I hope you'll make plans to join us at the next TNT! Tuesday on March 20th. Stop back tomorrow for another fun favor from my event I held today. Thanks so much for stopping by!

SECOND-RELEASE SALE-A-BRATION CARDS:

Hello there! Today I have a few projects for you featuring the second-release SAB products. All of the original SAB rewards are still available, but now we have a few extra options to pick from:) My favorite is the Blossoming Basket Bundle. It comes with the Blossoming Basket stamp set and the Basket Weave Dynamic Embossing Folder.

I opened up the embossing folder and ran a Crumb Cake spot over it. I then placed a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock inside and ran it through the Big Shot. The ink added a little extra definition and texture. I distressed the edges and adhered it to a Crumb Cake base. I stamped the basket onto a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock and heat-embossed it with White Embossing Powder. I added a wash over the background using a Pool Party pad and an Aqua Painter. After it dried I colored the basket with Sahara Sand and Crumb Cake Markers. I colored the leaves with Lemon Lime Twist & Old Olive. The flowers were colored with Peakaboo Peach & Daffodil Delight for the centers.

I was going to use my Stampin' Blends to color but they're over at my Stampin' Pad, ready to go for my TNT! class tomorrow-which I'm praying doesn't get canceled AGAIN due to weather! And I was too lazy to walk across the street to get them:) I stamped the sentiment & butterflies with Crumb Cake ink and used the Stitched Shapes Framelits to cut out the oval. I cut out the butterflies with my Paper Snips and attached them with Glue Dots. I tucked a piece of Very Vanilla Lace Trim under the oval with Glue Dots & adhered the sentiment with Dimensionals.

The Blossoming Basket Bundle is a Level 2 reward meaning that you can earn it for FREE with a $100 order. I'm really excited to share that the Basket Weave Embossing Folder will be carrying over into the 2018-2019 Annual catalog!

Next up is the gorgeous Springtime Foils Specialty DSP. You get 3 each of 4 patterns in 12" x 12" sheets. And it's really sturdy-it works great for boxes or 3-D projects. I covered a Narrow Note Card with one of the designs and colored the leaves with Lemon Lime Twist & Old Olive Markers.

The sentiment is from the 3rd SAB product, the Eclectic Expressions stamp set. I stamped it in Old Olive ink onto Whisper White Cardstock. I punched out the banner from another pattern using the Duet Banner Punch. I colored the stripes with an Old Olive Marker, adhered it to the sentiment and attached it with Dimensionals.

I added a piece of Linen Thread to a True Gentlemen Button and tucked it under the banner with a Glue Dot. I then added the background with Old Olive ink and Eclectic Expressions.

This was a super quick & easy card and I just love the adorable little size of the notecards.

The third SAB addition is the Eclectic Expressions stamp set. It has a couple of great sentiments and some cool watercolor images. I started with a Dapper Denim base and added a piece of Sweet Soiree DSP to it. I started in the center of a piece of Whisper White Cardstock and stamped the larger watercolor image with Daffodil Delight ink a couple of times, overlapping slightly. I then went over it at the top and the bottom with the smaller image.

I overlapped the Daffodil Delight with Old Olive and Flirty Flamingo. I then used Dapper Denim ink for the splatter image. I added a couple strips of washi tape from the Basics Pack 3 and adhered it to a piece of Daffodil Delight Cardstock.

I wrapped a piece of Dapper Denim Bakers' Twine around and tied a bow. I adhered it to the DSP with Dimensionals and I finished it off with an In Color Glitter Acrylic Shape.

I hope you got some inspiration for these fun new additions to our Sale-A-Bration season! Make sure to come back tomorrow as I'll have some more goodies to share:) Thanks so much for stopping by!

SWEET SOIREE MEMORIES & MORE CARDS:

Hello there! For the month of February, I'm giving everyone who places a $50 order a FREE gift! I've been busy making cards out of the Sweet Soiree Memories & More Card Pack, which is a Sale-A-Bration item that you can get for FREE!

Each person placing a $50 order during February will get an Acetate Box filled with 5 of these gorgeous cards for FREE, along with a SAB product!

I was able to make 22 cards from 1 pack and I used every single card!

I was also able to make cards for several different occasions: Birthday, wedding, celebrate...you could use your own greetings and make them work for any occasion you need.

I cut some flowers out of the cards and coordinating Sweet Soiree DSP by hand. I also used the Cake Soiree Bundle for stamping and die-cutting.

The beauty of the memories & More Card Packs is that you can make really nice cards really fast. This one took about 5 minutes!

Or you can spend a little more time on them and make them as elaborate as you want by adding ribbon, washi tape and embellishments.

The colors used in this card pack are: Basic Grey, Berry Burst, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Marina Mist, Old Olive, Powder Pink, Rich Razzleberry & Whisper White.

The  Sweet Soiree Memories & More Card Pack makes beautiful, quick & easy cards, but it will also make a beautiful album, especially if you have a wedding coming up!

Included in this pack are 20-6" x 4" cards and 52-4" x 3" cards, for a total of 72 cards. I simply trimmed the 6" cards to 5 1/2" to fit a standard-sized card base.

You get 2 of each card in a pack so I was able to make 2 of each card shown.

And you'll have enough cards that you can make the insides just as pretty as the outside:)

I hope you'll take advantage of this great offer, but there's only 1 week left! Email me today with your $50 order and choose the Sweet Soiree Memories & More Card Pack as your FREE SAB item, and have 11 ideas for it right away! Or try out the other amazing card packs in the Annual & Occasions Catalogs. Make sure to stop back tomorrow for some projects made with the brand new Second-Release Sale-A-Bration products! Thanks so much for coming by:)
