CHRISTMAS IN JULY:

Hello there! We had our Team Meeting on Thursday and this is the project everyone made. As you know I got TONS of goodies on the Incentive Trip and wanted my downline to get a chance to play with some of them too! We made this lovely card using the Most Wonderful Time Product Medley.

I started with a Real Red card base and ran it through the Big Shot using the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder. I used a Sponge Dauber and Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint to add a little sparkle to some areas and bring out the gorgeous texture.

I scored the top of a piece of the coordinating DSP, flagged the bottom and attached it with Dimensionals. I added a Piece of Vellum Cardstock on top that I punched with a 2" Circle Punch. I then used the Most Wonderful Time Dies to cut out the tree from another design of DSP. I placed a Glue Dot of the left side of the tree and swirled the end of the tinsel trim to it. I ran it across the back of the tree and secured the other end with a Glue Dot as well.

I added some Real Red candy canes, stamped the sentiment with Memento black ink onto Old Olive Cardstock and used the dies to cut it out it out. I attached it with Dimensionals and added an adhesive-backed gold faceted star and 2 Metallic Pearls.

This is one of the Make & Takes we made on the trip with the Most Wonderful Time Product Medley. It was so amazing to look out at the cobalt blue water on the ship as we were working on these fun projects!

The Holiday Catalog doesn't do this bundle justice. I don't think I would have given it a second look, but it is gorgeous in person!
