Hello there! Back again today with a fun treat holder that matches the card I shared yesterday. I used my favorite go-to, the Kraft Pillow Boxes. They're so quick and easy! I started by stamping a piece of Woven Threads DSP with the Crackle Paint background stamp in Early Espresso ink. I adhered the ends together in the back with Liquid Tombow to from a belly band.
I then trimmed off the scallop border of a piece of Pretty Peacock Scalloped Linen Ribbon and frayed the edges a bit. I wrapped it around the pillow box and tied a knot at the top. I then took the strips I cut off and tied them to the ribbon to add some extra texture. I stamped the basket with Early Espresso ink onto Crumb Cake Cardstock and used the Catch of the Day Dies to cut it out.
I tucked a label made from Pretty Peacock Cardstock and the Story Label Punch behind the ribbon. I adhered the basket on top with Dimensionals. I then cut out 3 fish from Terracotta Tile, Pretty Peacock and Crumb Cake Cardstock using the Catch of the Day Dies. I strung a piece of Linen Thread through the holes, tied knots between each, and tied it around the ribbon under the knot. I masked off part of the sentiment with washi tape and stamped it with Early Espresso ink onto Crumb Cake.
If you have someone in your life who loves to fish, you need this stamp set and dies! It works for so many occasions-Father's Day, birthday, retirement, anniversary or just because. I've got a couple more projects to share so make sure you stop back here tomorrow. Thanks so much for stopping by!
