NIGHT IN BETHLEHEM CARD:

Hello there! This is the card we made a couple of weeks ago at my TNT TUESDAY! Class. It features the lovely set Night in Bethlehem from the Holiday Catalog. TNT stands for Tips & Techniques, and I shared the Eclipse Technique, which is crazy popular right now. I had some help from Randi Collins. She has a great video in which she demonstrates the technique. You can see it at: www.randiscraftycreations.com.

I started with a Night of Navy base and added a layer of Very Vanilla Cardstock over the top. I used Night of Navy ink as well, along with Smoky Slate and So Saffron.

I also added the lovely Silver Natural Trim. For this card I also used the Large Letters Framelits, along with the Big Shot, and the Foam Adhesive Strips.

The framelits are a bit of an investment at $99, but I'd love to hold a workshop for you & your friends and help you get them at half price, or help reduce the cost with Stampin' Rewards!

I gave each attendee 2 cards outlining the technique with step by step instructions, and a space to adhere a sample of the technique for future reference. I worked the class around the Memories & More Album and Pocket Pages. The instruction cards fit in the pockets perfectly. There's also a larger pocket which holds the finished card, so you have a sample for when you want to create more:)

The cost of the TNT! Class is $15, but you get the class for FREE with a $25 order. If you order the album and pocket pages, you'll have a great place to store all the different techniques you'll be collecting:)

We also made this fun little treatholder using the Mini Pizza Boxes-a huge hit! I incorporated the Eclipse Technique again with the pumpkin, but added even a little more dimension with the Daffodil Delight layer added behind the star cut-outs using Mini Dimensionals. I used the Pick A Pumpkin Bundle for the larger pumpkin, and the 3/4" Circle Punch on the small one.

I shared several tips during the class. One tip was how to get even more bang for your buck with the Foil Snowflakes. They're already great in that you get both gold & silver in the package, but you can turn them over and add color to the white side as well.

We simply inked up a Sponge Brayer in black ink and rolled it over the snowflakes several times. You can make the snowflakes whatever color you want!

I also made these sweet little favors for each of the attendees. I got the idea from Brenda Quintana at www.qbeesquest.com. It features the Seasonal Chums Bundle.

The set also features an adorable deer and snowman, so even though Halloween is past, you could still duplicate these with the other designs.

These little guys were a lifesaver! So quick & easy to put together. The dies are so versatile. You can use them for these adorable little tents to use as placecards for your Holiday get-togethers. Or make cute little cards to accompany your gifts, or use them for tags on your Christmas presents. So many uses! Thanks so much for stopping by:)
