2013 ARTISAN ENTRY #2:HOW TO BUILD A PIRATE PAGE:

Hello there! I hope you're enjoying the Blog Hop so far. I know I am! And we still have alot more to share:) You should have just come from Lauri's fun Paperville. I knew she'd have something wonderful for us!

Today's project is another scrapbook page:

These are pictures of our oldest grandson Gabe when we were at Disneyworld last year.

I used several stamp sets on this page and a few retired, but the current sets are Designer Typeset, Hearts A Flutter, Papaya Collage and Memorable Moments.

Our daughter Olivia finally surrendered the booty! Gabe was grinning like this all day long!

I had fun making the gold coins by using the Brushed Gold Cardstock and Gold Embossing Powder. I sandwiched a few Dimensionals in between 2 gold circles, making sure to butt them up along the edges. I cut a super skinny strip of gold cardstock, drew vertical lines on it to resemble a coin, and glued it to the edge of the coin and the Dimensionals using Liquid Tombow.

It was fun learning to speak pirate too! Thanks so much for hopping by! You're next stop is Kandi's blog and I know she's got something amazing to share with you today!
