SU!P FRIENDS! Sorry I've been away for so long. It's that time of year when things get a little crazy. A new catalog launch, Sale-A-Bration, Christmas in July Stamp-A-Stack, getting ready for BOGO and Bingo Blast on Saturday...and throw in getting the Pad ready to sell!
I also have my Card Buffets and Team Meeting every month to prep for, and I especially love making sweet little treat holders for everyone who attends. I remember seeing these adorable little Mary Poppins bags that Paper Pixie Julie Dimatteo made awhile back and thought they'd make really cute mini backpacks! You can see her video here:)

I had of bag on Lindt truffles and wanted something cute to hold them, and these little bags worked perfectly! And they were a perfect way to show off the adorable Sale-A-Bration Penguin Playmates DSP! You can get this super cute Designer Series Paper for free with a $50 order!
There are SO many awesome products in the summer Sale-A-Bration line-up! You can pick from 4 papers, 4 stamp sets and 2 die sets! You can check them all out here:)

I started with a 6"x 6" piece of DSP and followed Julies' video to score and fold the bag. I used the Layering Circles Dies to the flap--using the scalloped circle closest to the 1 3/4" size. I added 1/4" strips of cardstock for the top handle and straps in the back. The top was 2" long and scored at 1/2" on both ends. The back straps were 2 3/4" long and scored at 1/2" and 1/4" inch.
Shop here with a $50 or $100 order to qualify for a Sale-A-Bration product for FREE!
