Hello there! I have another lovely card to share today using my PRODUCT OT THE WEEK-the Magnolia Lane Suite. I started with a Petal Pink base and added a layer of Magnolia Lane DSP. I created the decorative border at the bottom of a piece of Early Espresso Cardstock with the Magnolia Memory Dies, and adhered it to the card base with Dimensionals.
I stamped the flowers with Early Espresso ink onto Whisper White Cardstock and cut them out with the dies. I used Sponge Daubers with Petal Pink and So Saffron inks for the flowers, and Mossy Meadow ink for the leaves.
I adhered the flowers to the Early Espresso Cardstock with Dimensionals. Finally, I stamped the sentiment with Early Espresso ink onto Whisper White Cardstock and used the 2" Circle Punch to punch it out. I adhered it with SNAIL to the top edge of the card and trimmed off the excess with Paper Snips.
Surprisingly, this was a very quick and easy card to make, but doesn't really look like it would be...those are the best kind! I still have lots more to share with the gorgeous suite of products. Make sure to stop back here tomorrow-and leave me a comment for a chance to win the Magnolia Lane Cork Embellishments! Thanks so much fro coming by:)
This is so pretty Laura! I love the Early Espresso color that you used for a background. It made the flowers 'pop'.
ReplyDeleteUsing Sponge daubers is a great idea for coloring the flowers...I will give that a try!
