To make the hat, I started with a piece of Call Me Clover Cardstock measuring 5 1/2" x 2", and I scored it at 1/4" on the short side. I curled it with a Bone Folder so it would be easier to form a tube. I used my Paper Snips to cut every 1/4" just up to the score line in the small section. I then folded on the score line and added Liquid Tombow to one end and adhered to the other end to form a tube.
I added Liquid Tombow to the bottom of the cardstock with the slits in it. I adhered it to a circle that I cut from Kiss Me Clover Cardstock using the second largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Framelits. I then added a Basic Black band with Liquid Tombow, measuring 5 1/2" x 1/2", which I curled slightly with a Bone Folder.
Next, I stamped the cute little frog with Memento black ink onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock. I colored him in with a Light Mint Macaron Stampin' Blends marker. I then added some shading with the Dark Mint Macaron marker, and blended them again with the Light marker. I colored his spots with a Shaded Spruce Blends marker. I then cut him out with Paper Snips and adhered him to the hat with a Dimensional.
I used the Be Mine Stitched Framelits to cut out the sweet little scalloped heart from Call Me Clover Cardstock and tucked it behind the frog with a Glue Dot. I printed the banner on my computer using Whisper White Cardstock. I used a Bone Folder to bend it slightly, and attached it with a Glue Dot.
I used the Hop Along Framelits to cut out the crown from Gold Foil Paper. Unfortunately the framelits have sold out, but you could use Paper Snips to cut one out or you could easily adapt one from a flower or banner punch or die you already have. I attached the crown with a Glue Dot and filled the hat with Rolos-it holds 7 or 8.
