BEST DELIVERY TREAT HOLDER:

SU!P FRIENDS! I always like to have a little favor sitting at each attendees spot at my events. I made these adorable little treat holders using the Best Delivery stamp set. I had ordered this set months ago and I wanted to use it before it retires from the Jan-June Mini Catalog.

Erica Cerwin at Pink Buckaroo Designs came to the rescue again with her adorable creation! You can see hers here:) https://pinkbuckaroo.com/facebook-friday-best-delivery/.
She made a really cute birthday favor, but wouldn't this be cute for a kid going off to college? Or made into a UPS truck? You could stick some cash in the little attached box!

For the box I used a piece of Basic White Cardstock measuring 5"x 3 3/4". I scored on the long side at 1 1/2", 2 1/4", 3 3/4" & 4 1/2". On the short side I scored at 3/4" & 3". I folded all the score lines and cut on all the score lines up to the horizontal score lines. I cut off the small end tabs and assembled the box. Erica has a video to walk you through it if you need.

For the trucks, I stamped one image with Memento ink onto Basic White Cardstock and colored the front with Night of Navy & Smoky Slate Blends. I stamped the back of the truck onto a piece of  Abstract Beauty DSP with Memento ink and cut out both pieces with Paper Snips. For the back side, I used the Mirror Technique using the Stamparatus and the Silicone Craft Sheet.

I placed the truck stamp on the SAR and inked it up with Memento ink. I stamped it directly onto the Silicone Craft Sheet. I reinked it and stamped it again to make sure I got a lot of ink on the Sheet. I then laid a piece of Basic White Cardstock over the Silicone Craft Sheet and closed the plate transferring the truck image to the cardstock. I made sure to apply firm & even pressure, and after lifting the plate, the truck image is transferred to the BACK of the cardstock--giving it the mirror image! I filled in some of the tire areas with a Basic Black Marker, and then repeated the process with the DSP, but putting the side you want to use facing DOWN. Then I colored it and cut it out as I did for the front image!

I did also color some of the areas that showed around the box with a Light Night of Navy Blends, so from the front it looked a little more finished. I then simply glued the trucks to the front and back with Liquid Tombow and decorated it. A fun size Snickers or Milky Way candy bar fits inside perfectly!

There are quite a few steps, but the extra time is so worth it for this adorable little truck! The Best Delivery stamp set is available only as supplies last, so don't wait!  You can also save big on the Abstract Beauty DSP! It's discounted 50% off so you can get it for only $7.50! And the Denim Ribbon is 30% off, so you can snag that for only $4.90!
