HAPPY HOUR CLASS:

Hello there! We had so much fun at my Happy Hour Class last night! My daughter Olivia hooked us up with some scrumptious drinks & cupcakes, and we made some really cute Valentine's Day projects. I made each of the attendees this adorable cupcake box filled with chocolate yumminess:) You can watch the video on the SU! site to see how Sara made this gorgeous cupcake holder using a Mini Pizza Box as the base! http://www.stampinup.com/en-us/connect. If this link doesn't work, just go to www.stampinup.com and scroll down until you see it.

They each made a sweet little card to match their box using the Whisper White Narrow Note Cards & Envelopes and Painted with Love Specialty DSP. We used the Sure Do Love You Bundle to add the Powder Pink heart and stamped the sentiment with Calypso Coral ink. We stamped the little leaves with VersaMark onto Vellum Cardstock and heat-embossed them with Gold Embossing Powder. I added a Gold Foil banner and Delicate White Doily, along with a Whisper White Baker's Twine bow tucked underneath. And I was really excited to come up with a new embellishment! I scattered a few Glue Dots to the projects and then added Gold Glitter to them to make some Gold Glitter Dots-too cool!

For this sweet panda card, we used the SAB set Party Pandas, which is an option that you can get for FREE with a qualifying order. I started with a Real Red base and added a piece of Petal Passion DSP. I ran a strip of Pick A Pattern Washi Tape across and added a piece of Silver Glimmer Paper on top. I then used the Everyday Jar Framelits to cut the heart border from a piece of Real Red Cardstock. I tied a piece of Basic Black Baker's Twine around the hearts and tied a bow. I stamped the panda in Basic Black Archival ink and punched him out with the 2" Circle Punch. I attached him with stacked Dimensionals and glued the hearts in place with tiny drops of Liquid Tombow. I stamped the sentiment with Real Red ink and used the Stitched Shapes Framelits to cut it out. I tucked it under the circle with Mini Dimensionals.

And speaking of Party Pandas...we did some partying along with them! I may need some bartending lessons from Olivia before the next Happy Hour, as I may or may not have made our drinks a little on the strong side:) We're already looking forward to next month and what she'll have in store for us:) Thanks so much for stopping by!
