FOR THE BIRDS CARD: (and some clarification)

Hello there! Here is another Valentine card I made, a little more on the masculine side. This will also be included in one of the choices for your 'Kits To Go' or 'Cards To Go'. Make sure to read at the end of this post, where I'll have some better clarification on these options. For this card, I started with a Very Vanilla base and added the Soft Suede design from Comfort Cafe` DSP. I adhered the DSP to a piece of Soft Suede Cardstock of the same size, so it would be a sturdier base for the ribbon to go around. Next, I stamped the sentiment from For The Birds at the bottom with a Basic Black Marker and the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to get perfect placement. Next, I wrapped a piece of Cotton Ribbon around and adhered this piece to the Vanilla base.

For the little lovebirds I used the Owl Builder Punch and punched their bodies in Soft Suede. Next, I layered a piece of Sahara Sand for their fronts that I ran through the Big Shot. For the guy, I used the Stripes Embossing Folder, and for the girl, I used the Delicate Designs Embossing Folder. I used Soft Suede and Very Vanilla for their eyes and gave her some Basic Black eyelashes made with the end of the leaf of the Bird Builder Punch. Their hearts were punched from Cherry Cobbler Cardstock and I perched them on an Always Artichoke branch that I made with the Bird Builder Punch. I cut out a Cherry Cobbler oval using the Ovals Collection Framelits and layered it on top of the blue piece using Dimensionals. I added a Naturals Button with a Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine 'X' in the center. Finally, I stamped the tag with a sentiment from Tiny Tags and punched it out with the Jewelry Tag Punch. I punched holes in the tags with the 1/16" Circle Punch and tied them around the ribbon with baker's twine.

I want to give you some more clarification on the card kits. Basically, there are 2 options. The 'Kits To Go' are for any of you who are crafty and want to stamp and assemble the cards yourself. I've sweetened the deal by including 4 cards in the Kit, instead of 3 that I had originally posted. It's just easier to have both options be a 4-pack. The price will still stay the same for the 'Kits To Go':
*4 cards for $15(includes tax & shipping-sent to your door)
*4 cards for $12(tax included-you pick up)
*4 cards for $12(discount for Club members and demonstrators-includes tax & shipping)
*4 cards for $9(discount for Club members and demonstrators-you pick up)

'Cards To Go' are cards that will be completely done for you. The prices for these are as follows:
*4 cards for $17(includes tax & shipping-sent to your door)
*4 cards for $14(tax included-you pick up)
*4 cards for $15(discount for Club members and demonstrators-includes tax & shipping)
*4 cards for $12(discount for Club members and demonstrators-you pick up)

You can pick from the 8 cards that I posted to my blog from December 29, 2012 on. You'll need to pay for the Kits first by clicking on the PayPal button on my homepage. There will be 2 separate options-make sure you select the button for the option you want. Next, you will need to send me an email with the selections you'd like for your Kit. They will be numbered underneath each card. Here are the 8 cards which you can choose from:

#1

#2

#3

#4

Okay, those are your 8 choices. Decide which Kit you want, pay by PayPal on my homepage and email me your selections. I will notify you when they are ready-probably on or around the 15th of January. NOTE*The PayPal button for the 'Cards To Go' may not be working until Monday, January 7th. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at: lmel09@q.com.

If you're interested in joining a Club and earning FREE product of you choice, or if you'd like to place an order, please email me. I've worked hard to duplicate the products I've used on these cards to give you more options for any of the stamp sets or products you might be interested in purchasing.

THE DEADLINE TO ORDER IS MONDAY, JANUARY 7!

Thank you so much for stopping by!
