Hello there! Back again today with another Anniversary card, using the set Timeless Love. I started with a Very Vanilla base and added a layer of Timeless Elegance DSP, now retired. I added a banner on top of that made with the Banner Triple Punch.
I stamped the floral image with Basic Black Archival ink onto Very Vanilla Cardstock and used the Ovals Collection Framelits to cut it out with the help of the Big Shot. I then used my paper timmer to cut a chuck out of the middle so the oval didn't take up as much space. I stamped the sentiment onto Very Vanilla Cardstock and positioned it where I wanted it.
I then added another strip of DSP, cutting along the lace edge, and added a piece of Crocheted Trim, retired, on top. I attached the sentiment piece with Dimensionals, which covered up the splice. Finally I added a retired button thread with a Basic Black Baker's Twine bow, and attached with Glue Dots.
I was pleased with how this card turned out and can't wait to send it to a happy couple. Thanks so much for stopping by:)
Hello there! Sorry for the little break~been on vacation and playing catch-up:) I got June's Paper Pumpkin last week and wanted to share it with you. It's called Banner Surprise, and to be honest, I thought it was a little weird when I first saw it. I decided to make one according to the kit instructions, and when it was finished I changed my mind and decided I liked it:)
It's a card with a cute little banner attached, so the recipient can hang it up on their desk, or mirror or in their office and be reminded to celebrate a little more:) I needed some Anniversary cards so I made mine all the same. But there's sentiments for Birthday, Graduation & Shower as well.
The kit came with cute little Mint Macaron bags for envelopes, and even the backs are fun. The washi tape was included, along with both Mint Macaron & Top Top Taupe spots.
Here is an alternate card found on the SU! site using the new Gold Binder Clips and Star Framelits.
Another alternate idea from the SU! site...
And 1 more featuring the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits.
Another fun month of Paper Pumpkin:) Check back tomorrow for another Anniversary card. Thnaks so much for stopping by:)
